I CAN'T LOG IN TO MY ACCOUNT

Check if you have confirmed your account via the email you have provided on your enrolment form. Make sure you also check your spam folder.

WHAT DO I NEED TO CREATE MY ACCOUNT?

You must have your own unique email address. This email address cannot be shared with or used by another person to complete training.

I DON'T KNOW HOW TO CREATE MY ACCOUNT

Your account is created once you have enrolled. Make sure you click the blue button at the bottom of your account confirmation email.

I CANNOT ACCESS MY LEARNING MATERIALS

Check your spam or junk folder for the confirmation email. Confirm your account. Make sure you entered the correct email address when creating your account.

I FORGOT MY PASSWORD
