The VHNZ App is available to download on both the App Store (Apple, iOS) and the Google Play Store (Samsung, Android).

App Functionality

What do I need to install the App?

Ensure you have a up to date Apple/iOS or Android smartphone or tablet. Install links are on our website.

The App is not starting

Uninstall and reinstall the App.

If you have an account pre-dating 2017, you will need to delete your account and re-create it. Due to a backend data update – these logins will no longer work.

App Account Registration

An App account is separate to our booking system and e-learning platform – ensure you create a new account.

What email should I use to create the account?

Use your enrolment email – this will be used to register your unit standards in the App and where your certificate will be sent.

I haven’t received my confirmation email?

Check your spam and/or junk folder.

If it still has not arrived – please double check the email you have registered with is correct.

“The email has already been taken”.

You may have already registered this email – return to the login screen and tap on ‘Forgot your password?’ to start the password recovery process.

I entered the wrong first or last name into my account.

Please contact app@vhnz.co.nz for assistance.

Or you can delete the account and re-create it.

Unit Standards & Qualifications

Once you complete a course with us, it will take up to 10 working days* to receive your certificate- your unit standards you have achieved will appear in the app.
If you have recently completed a course, please allow for up to 10 working days* for processing.
Ensure you have registered with the email you have used to enrol with us (this is the email you put on your enrolment form).
Your email might be incorrect on the enrolment form. Please contact app@vhnz.co.nz
We only show unit standard achievements from 2018 onwards due to date limitations.

*There may be occasions where processing can take more than 10 working days during extremely busy periods. If you have any queries regarding this, please call the team on 0800 72 33 848

I have created my account, verified my email and nothing shows up

The email we have may be incorrect in our systems – we will need to correct it on our end and re-register your qualifications against the correct email.

Email Changes

I no longer have access to the email I used to enrol with

Please contact us on 0800 72 33 848 to change the email we have for you on file and have your VHNZ App unit standards re-registered under the new email.

We offer digital training guides via the VHNZ App for several courses. These become available if you have achieved a unit standard in the corresponding subject area.
